Well--your ovaries are inside and therefore don't stick out. SO you don't have to worry about that.

You have been running everyday so that is the exercise your body is used to. Therefore your body isn't burning as many calories doing it as it used to.

though check here to make sure you really need to or are you just over dramatic thinking you are overweight when you aren't

You need to vary workout routines. The same thing everyday causes your weight loss to plateau. You need to change it up. And running does not work your upper body that much so you need to do strength training if you want to develop toned arms. Bicep curls, tricep curls. you could even carry the weights when you run (depending on how far you are running). Pushups are great.

Your legs--do you mean thighs or calves? Cardio should be working that but perhaps vary your cardio with some biking. Squats and lunges are great for your quads. Yoga stretches your hamstrings and gives you more flexibility.

However how much are you trying to lose? It's about a month til school starts so the most you can hope to lose is about 8 lbs. I want to make sure you have a realistic goal in mind.

Good luck and dont overstress about the numbers on the scale.

you'll maintain your shape if you stay with this single continuous routine.. do some upper body cardiovascular activity as well.. maybe some sparring (cardio), some light weight lifting until you've been sweating for 20 min (resistance training.. and the sooner you get sweating the sooner you can stop so rip it without rest.. you wont get buff i promise.. girls can't without testosterone supplements) also get a few pull-ups, push-ups, and sit-ups in (body weight exercises).. once you get in that shape that this will put you in you'll never want to stop.. it feels good all day.. just work out really hard like you were going to get your limps sliced off if you didn't absolutely try your hardest and keep that heart at a maximum pump..

Do now not worry approximately it. It's no longer the highest of the sphere. Consider approximately what you used to do earlier than Yahoo solutions, cross walking, take a sewing class, learn a e-book, play playing cards, walk your dog, bake a few cookies, paint a image, reap talents of a brand new exchange, watch a few television, title your mother, cross on a date, make a few lemonade, do anything.

Best thing for arms is weights. I run and do weights for my workout routine and it really works well. Women should work out with weights just as much as men. Just do a small amount of weight with a lot more reps and it should help. If you want to actually gain muscle mass (which I doubt you do) you'd want to do more weight with less reps.

work out; do push ups and dips (put your palms on the bed behind you, your feet on a chair in front of you, and dip your body up and down)

eating right is very important; everytime you eat whatever it takes away all the hard work you have been doing. it's not easy at first but you start to feel really good when you eat healthy, so much that when you eat junk you feel it

Exercise 20min. 3 or 4 times a week and eat smaller portions. Get hungry, eat more fruits & veggies. Drink lots of water, avoid salt. lol.

Loose what? except for your ovaries, I didnt know they showed, if they are you need immediate hospital attention. SERIOUSLY. I am sorry to tell you this but I work in a place where men go to look at women, and they do not like skinny like girls tend to think. They need meat on there to work with and they like curves not bones. I know you think its attractive but its not at all. Men subcontiously still have insticts to look for potentially capable child bearing features, this means if you look like your going to break, no good. good luck though, KIM

Weight lifting might help transform that into muscle. Those resistance bands are also quite good.
