Any high fiber cereal like mini wheats or oat bran with fresh fruit will fill you up and is very easy to fix not to mention good for you. Cottage cheese and pineapple is also very good and filling. If you are really on the go keep some apples around so that you can just grab them and run. Stay away from foods that are filled with sugar. You don't want to experience sugar drop during the day.

Summertime- fresh fruit salad just prepare the night before and put into a to go dish... Add some cottage cheese or yogurt and that should be pretty good....

I make Oatmeal cookie pancakes for the kids, and I freeze them... I add a really ripe banana to the batter for extra nutrients for the kids and they don't need syrup. Just heat in micro for about 30 sec. to a min...

1 c. milk (you can use skim/whole/2%)
2/3 C. quick cooking oats
2/3 C. flour (all purpose/soy/wheat)
2 tblspoons browns sugar (dark/light)
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder (no substitute)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
2 eggs beaten
2 teaspoon cooking oil
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

In a small saucepan heat milk when hot/remove from stove and add oats. Cover and let sit 5 min.

Combine dry ingredients/ In a seperate bowl combine wet ingredients

Fold wet ingredients/to dry ingredients DO NOT OVERMIX
Add oatmeal mixture
Other add in's
ripe bananas or 1/2 applesauce

Grease pan/non stick pan w/ cooking spray

Makes about 8 pancakes...

Sugar-free jello w/ mandarin oranges or canned pineapple

Also, make ahead but easy... You can also add fat free coolwhip for a low cal treat....

Sugar free pudding as well....

Quaker Instant Oats are wonderful. Much better than microwave oatmeal. I put one cup of water in a sauce pan, it boils in no time, add in 1/2 cup of the oats and let it simmer. Ready in under 5 minutes which is what I need in the morning. Put it in a bowl with a splash or two of milk and some Splenda. It is very filling, very healthy and usually gets me through to lunch. If you have time, have some fruit with it, an apple is great because it has so much fiber and foods like the apple and oatmeal with lots of fiber are what makes you feel fuller longer.
If you don't like oatmeal go with a whole grain cereal such as Total, still lots of fiber and very filling.

Oatmeal always seems to fill me up until lunch time....I also drink a glass of skim milk with it. Anything w/ protein and carbs in it will fill you up. Stay away from sugary things like sugar cereal, pop tarts etc. The instant oatmeal packets are super fast and good. I would stay away from the flavored ones though. Just get the regular kind and add some honey or brown sugar and your set!

I'd say for something you can grab on the go, The night before, measure out a cup of puffed wheat, rice, millet, or corn cereal ( They only have 60 calories for a whole cup!) and maybe grab an apple and a low-fat yogurt. For yogurt, I suggest Dannon Light 'N Fit, 60 calories! The best drink you can have is probebly water, just grab a bottle (:
