My suggestion would be to take prenatal vitamins. They make your nails as well as your hair grow longer, faster. Also, if you have curly hair i would suggest garnier fructis smooth and sleek shampoo and conditioner in addition to a straightening iron. Hope this helps!!

Step 1: Start massaging Vitamin E and Coconut Oil into your scalp everyday
Step 2: Start drinking plenty of water and Aloe Vera Juice
Step 3: Try Beauty 4 Ashes Super Gro shampoo and conditioner. It contains 15 or more hair growth stimulating nutrients.
Step 4: Start taking Vitamin B3. You can find it at GNC.
Step 5. Make sure you get plenty of sleep and reduce stressful activities.

Maybe you should consider getting hair extensions. Most beauty salons can do it. The extensions are either sewn or glued to your existing hair, and the salon will dye the extensions to be the same color as your natural hair!! It doesn't hurt, and you can wash your hair, swim, style it, etc. No one will know you have extensions - they are generally good for about 8 months or so - then, the salon will simply replace them! They are not expensive, and you see instant results.
The other option would be taking prenatal vitamins - they will not only help your hair, but also your nails. Of course, going this route will take a good 9 months before you see improvements.

I have naturally curly hair and have been in your predicament. What I did was cut it. It was dry with split ends and frizzy. Cutting all the dead off helped to make it grow quicker. After the cut keep it in good shape by conditioning and taking good care of it. Good Luck

Get lots of vitamins.
Also.. Add Olive oil, Almond Oil, Avacado oil, Coconut oil, and honey together, then put it in your hair all day or all night, if all night do not use honey. Then use some claifying shampoo to wash it out. It will grow like a weed and be very healthy.

Hair extensions? Seriously however, there are hair vitamins out there which are good. Any diet with iron rich food is good for your hair. Also there's nothing like a hot oil treatment and then a wrap before you wash it off.
