the whole bible speaks of justice,mercy, compassion and faith. Maybe not in these exact words but there is not a passage of scripture that does not show forth the justice and mercy of God, and also that we need to be people of faith.

I don't really know! I never get bored reading the Bible, that I have to do something like count how many times God says this or that. I do know it is through out the Bible that we should just serve him, and do his will, and allow him to guide us in our lives, Hallelujah!
