The pain is probably from over usage of the arm. I recommend you place a moist heating pad on the arm for fifteen minutes and afterwards apply an analgesic cream. This will help relax the muscles.

Dehydration can cause severe pain in the muscles. I recommend you drink purified water mixed with mineral water 50/50. This will replace the minerals that are exiting your body continuously.

I suggest that adults and children drink 40 ounces of water per 100 pounds of body weight every day. Realize that exercise, ambient temperature, and state of health affect the water needs of your body.

Advil soft gel capsules can help with pain, take them four times daily.

Peter, are you still traveling? I ask because I also travel often in my job, and I am 51 and have been traveling for over 14 years. I realized this past year that hauling my luggage was causing much of the pain I was having, and I started wearing support braces to and from airports while hauling luggage and most of the problem went away. I went to see my doctor and I had a rotator cuff tear (apparently not a bad one) that he said if it wasn't bothering me I should avoid any drastic fix.

Traveling is really hard on our bodies. Good luck!

An Asian Dr. recommended Vitamin B complex in a high dose (6 times the recom. dose) for 2 weeks. After 1 week ,I got better .After 2 weeks i took the recom.dose for another week.
Drank a lot of water (1 liter)in the morning ,before eating.
