Why not try a simple stir fry?

Either Chicken or Beef cut into bit size pieces
Mixture of assorted fresh veggies

Cook the meat on high, with some oil, stirring continuely. After 3-4 minutes add veggies and continuing stirring for another 5-7 minutes (depends on which veggies you use) then add a stir fry sauce. (You can pick the sauce up at your local grocery store).

You can serve it over rice or boil some chow mein noodles and toss in at the very end! It is quick, easy and healthy!!

-Pasta
-Onion (and garlic)
- Olive oil
- Fresh Tomatoes>
- Canned tomatoes
- Rucola (arugula)salad
- Fresh grates parmezan "flakes"
An authentic pasta like in Italy!
boil pasta of choice (spaghetti, linguine or tagliatelle). Chop an onion and -if you have some- garlic and let it simmer in some olive oil in a pan. Cut fresh tomatoes and add to the pan. Now add a can of tomatoes and bring to cook. Sprinkle with herbs and spices. Add a hand of Rucola salad per person in the pan and turn it round in the hot sauce for just a fex seconds - it should stay raw and crispy. Serve with parmezan.
If you want meat, than bake bacon stripes before adding the tomatoes. You can also refine this sauce by adding a dash of white wine before you let the sauce cook.

Don't worry.
It will not take more than 5 minutes.

*Take 1 dozen eggs
*Break open in a bowl
*Add salt, black paper and red chili as per
your taste and stir.
*Put a little cooking oil in frying pan, put the
frying pan on a stove and lit the stove
*Put all the material in the frying pan.
*Cook it with both the sides light brown
Dinner is ready now.

Take out a little in your plate and eat with bread.
Keep the remaining for rainy days as do just to avoid daily cooking headache.
