In Texas, both men and women must be at least 18 years old to obtain a marriage license. With parental consent, the couple may be granted a license at 14 years old. A medical exam is not required. There is a 72-hour waiting period for a license in Texas, and once issued it is valid for 30 days. The cost of a license ranges from $25 to $36 and it can be obtained from the County Clerk's office.

$41, cash. http://www.dallascounty.org/department/countyclerk/marriage-license.html
Any particular reason you asked in Cars and Transportation, Insurance and Registration instead of walking into the County Clerk's office and asking there?
