Alternate Constipation & Dysentery. Less eating constipation is caused & Sufficient eating Dysentry caused?

When I eat less results in Constipation and When I eat sufficient Dysentry is caused. With dysentry some times blood comes from anus and sometimes it comes from lower intestine mixed with mucus or stool. Some time I feel pressure whole the day But Discharge is very less when in toilet or equivalent to nothing. Please help me.

Dysentery is a serious disease. You should go under diagnostic tests e.g stool exam,ultrasonography or colonoscopy.
