Play the cd in windows media player in full screen. Now when you want to take a picture press the print screen button on the keyboard. Now open paint and paste (edit -> paste). You can now save the picture.

The best is to use POWER DVD.
If you have a cd/dvd r/w then a version is supplied with the cd that came with the cd/dvd r/w.

u can use xing player for the pic u need to snap.or software like vcd cutter 'll help u

try winrar it's been able to unpack a lot of files for me when i didn't know any other way.
also try magic iso, it may do the trick if winrar fails.
