At that age, it doesn't matter much. They are too young to date one-on-one and hopefully smart enough not to become sexually active when they've no idea how to deal with the consequences.
That's about the age (when I was a kid) that boys and girls started noticing each other.

Yes it is - simply because it creates too much distraction from more important things a 14 year old should be doing. LIke making friends, realizing one's own self and value system, and becoming social in a non-stressful way. Here's what I recommend:
1. Groom immaculately
2. Dress nicely
3. Study harder than ever
4. Don’t use profanity
5. Spend an hour a day in the library
6. Spend an hour a day at the gym
7. Honor your parents and your teachers
8. Get involved in a worthy school function
9. Volunteer a few hours a week for a worthy cause
10. Help someone every day
11. Go to Church
12. Invite your friends to Church
14. SMILE
15. Speak badly of no one

no it's not bad. i am not 19 years old and i had my first boyfriend when i was 12. so its not bad for you to have a boyfriend. but be very careful, just don't fall in love at such a young age. and never take any relationship seriously while you are young because most teenage boys only care for looks, and you may think your in love but trust me, you'll know when your in love, so wait till your about 20ish that's when guys would start caring about personality and not only looks, cause you want a guy who loves you for who you are right? not what you are...

Yes cause she is not mature to handle A man .she has to think
about education and her future .cause you can live with a man without sex which it will make her to mess her life and she is young she has a long way to go time will come for her to
have boyfriend and she is mature to handle any thing in there relationship.

not bad and somethign we all go through.. but when the emphasis of a 14 yr olds life gets to interferring with school manners.... doing what theya re not allowed to do by parents.. and misbehaving yes its bad.. its not bad but what the 14 yr old is sdoing to affect school..and family in a neg., way si bad
