Are there any archeological evidences that suggest the existence of giant men on earth in ancient times?

Question

Some accounts in the Bible tell us that the fallen angels mated with human daughters, which produced giant men with super-human strength.
Since I have very little knowledge of archeology I have not been able to gather any evidence for this.

Any scientific minded guys out there? Please help.

Misinterpretation of the Bible. That text speaks about the sons of God and the daughters of men.

There are various interpretations of it.

ONE of them is that angels mated with female humans, resulting in these types of people.

Another is that the sons of God represented the children of Seth (who followed the true God) while the daughters of men represented the women descended from Cain (who were worldly).

And there are other interpretations. But none of them fit all the details. I suppose we will never know.

If such a thing were possible, what kind of beings would they be? Would they have BONES like us? See where this assumption is leading.

Hi, Froggy--I love your name.

Let me address a couple issues:

First, the term sons of God refers to those who serve God (they are not bastards) an the sons of men represents those who divorced from God and served Cain's lineage.

So, when the sons of men (those that are saved) went into the daughters of men (the wicked), God knew earth would be short lived, 120 years before the flood took them all away--don't marry outside your church!

Second, People were majestic before the flood. Many fossils show we were stronger and larger. All over the world there are footprints of large men. In Utah and Nevada are human prints contemporary with trilobites. That means before the heaven fell in, the Cambrian strata was really shallow marshlands where people walked.

There is a website that shows an 18 inch human print. I also saw a two-foot photo in a book DINOSAURS.

The average height of man in the 1800's was about 5'2"--today we are taller because of good nutrition and health habits. But things will get better yet.

Many religions today think that angels came down & mated with Humans, That is far from the truth. Gen. Chapter 6 is speaking of the seed line of Adam coming along many hundreds of year later to take unto themselves the daughters of the seed line of Cain. So in Gen.6:1-4 These Sons of God is the seed line of Adam, & these daughters of men are the seed line of Cain. That brings in a mixture of Adam's seed line & the serpent's seed line. That produce giants, & these giants are not big monsters, they are people that grew to 7 or 8 plus feet, instead of the normal height of about 5 ft. 8 inches.

Thus far, there have been no traces of "giants" as described by legends. Particularly biblical legend. There have been a number of hoaxes, all exposed shortly after their manufacture. The discovery of a giant skeleton would be the talk of the anthropological community.

BTW: Anthropology is where you would want to look for such things. Archaeology is the study of civilizations. Anthropology is the study of humans.

Remember also that the Bible featured talking animals...are you going to look for those too?

I as a child had been to the Museum in Bhubhaneswar in India, where weapons used by common soldiers of the Ashokan era were kept. I couldn't lift any of the swords. When I was told the common soldier of that time had to wear all metal armour, carry a sword, shield and his personal belongings, run along with the mounted soldiers in difficult terrain for hundreds of miles, and at the end of the run fight with those weapons to kill another person, I could very well imagine how immensely stronger and physically larger the common man of those times was. Carry it a little further into the past and yes you could have giants.

if you believe in theory of science giant is real but having accuracy of stated fact of the anatomy of creation.
Since the age of stone their are more account that definitely deal to state that there is giant base in science.

well there have been some found but i can't tell if they have been falsified or not, and i think inderpendant scientists should be allowed to examine them because you could make anything false to prove a point, like the mans footprint in the dinosaurs, they found a big model dinosaur foot in the guy who found it's garage mmmmmm fishy
