Not end, but certainly change for the better. A new heaven and a new earth as the bible puts it. And my best estimate is much less than 50 years. Here's a quick look at the time line ...
Christians raptured
Russia and Muslim nations invade Israel (soundly defeated by God's Army)
Every Jew on the planet flocks to Israel (Long Island real estate real cheap)
Antichrist signs seven year peace accord with Israel
Jews build third temple
Antichrist breaks treaty, calls himself god
The last battle
The new earth is re-inhabited ( looks just like Paradise)
I give it 20 years max (with specific reasons based on bible prophesy ... this is not a guess)

No.
The Bible says the world will continue. What will end is wicked people and governments.
God's will..will take place on the earth. Matthew 6;10.
The earth has to continue SO THAT GOD'S WILL CAN TAKE PLACE ON IT.
(Psalm 37:9) For evildoers themselves will be cut off, But those hoping in Jehovah are the ones that will possess the earth.
It has to be here so that the righteous can possess it.
(Revelation 11:17-18) saying: “We thank you, Jehovah God, the Almighty, the One who is and who was, because you have taken your great power and begun ruling as king. 18Â But the nations became wrathful, and your own wrath came, and the appointed time for the dead to be judged, and to give [their] reward to your slaves the prophets and to the holy ones and to those fearing your name, the small and the great, and to bring to ruin those ruining the earth.”
If God was going to destroy the physical earth, why would he bother that others were damaging it.

I wish people would stop, saying the world is going to end!
No it won't, not unless we want it to.
Many people believe that the Biblical Prophecies, are speaking of a definite end to the world. That is an incorrect interpretation of prophecy.
All apocalyptic prophecy is warning. It is saying, if you don't change your negative ways, these things will result.
Like the biblical story of Jonah. Who warned the city of Nineveh, that if they don't repent of evil God will destroy the city. When they repented, God did not destroy the city. Read Jonah Chapter 3 and 4.
A short quote from Jonah 4 v 2 “…I know that you are a gracious and compassionate God, slow to anger and abounding in Love, a God who relents from sending calamity.”
The same goes for Revelations. It is a warning, that if we allow wickedness to continue on Earth, God will eventually have no choice, but to first remove the good people, and to then destroy the Earth.
We are presently under grace, as most people of the Earth are basically good, except for a minority of evil people in positions of power. Good is defined as that which protects and develops the creation, society and civilization. Which fits most people basically wanting to live a happy life.
Did you know there are also ancient prophecies, which speak of a coming Golden Age, where all men will love each other. To quote one, from one of the holiest men to ever live:
"Far in the future, I see men as Light-born, free from the darkness that shackles the Soul, living in Light without bonds of the darkness to cover the Light that is Light of their Soul"

People have been thinking the world was going to end for thousands of years and it hasn't ended yet, so barring all-out nuclear war, I think we're good to go for quite awhile longer. The planet itself will outlast humanity either way.
