Please do some research on vaccines and make an educated decision. Your pups life depends on YOU. Not the opinion and one size protocol fits all that vet use. There is a lot of info out there that every pet owner should read on tthe subject.

puppies should be vaccinated at 6-8 weeks since he is away from mom so early it's best to start at 6 weeks as he doesn't have teh immunity from mom.
You can start worming now take a stool sample to teh vets and see if he has worms and if so use what the vet suggest. The over the counter wormers are to broad and this doesn't work correctly and it's a continues fight.
The pup should not be out and around much until he has had all his booster shots because he will not be fully imunized and a good chance of him getting something.
Good Luck

I will give you US guidelines but every country probably does things a little differently.

Puppies are usually wormed at about 4-5 weeks and then a second dose is given at 6-7 weeks.

1st shots are really at about 8 weeks - If memory serves me it is parvo / distemper and one other one

then they get the rabies later.

Your vet can tell you when and they will remind you too..
good luck with your puppy.

When your puppy is two months (8 weeks) old have his first shots and worming done. He will need booster shots at 12 and sixteen weeks old for him to be fully immune to disease. Until this is done limit contact with the outside world.

A puppy shouldn't be away from its mother at one month - that is MUCH too young. Eight weeks is the earliest it should leave.
