I am planning to use a salisbury steak recipe to use up leftover 4th of July hamburger patties. It calls for beef broth among other things. I just want to know if it will match up enough to make do as a substitute, or will there be a weird flavor to it?

The patties have been grilled, so I think the smokiness might mask the ramen soup base. I plan on using cream of mushroom too. Oh, I have sour cream so maybe it turn into stroganoff...without the noodles.

Yuck! I'm sorry. Yuck!
The primary ingredient in ramen soup mix is salt. There is no real beef flavor to it.
I think you have a better idea in using some sour cream to make stroganoff. You might want to use some sauteed fresh mushrooms instead of the cream of mushroom soup. Add some frozen peas for color. And if you don't have any egg noodles, make some rice.
You could also crumble up the patties and use it for spaghetti sauce, omelets or mixed into potato au gratin.

That's kinda like asking what tastes better salt or salt. I think that beef broth has a fuller body than chicken broth which is light and vegetable broth even lighter.

Chemicals will never taste like real food. Could be a cheap substitute

It will substitute- It will taste different, but not worse. The flavor is stronger and more seasoned-tasting.

It is determined by the fruit or plant linked to a comparison. In the event that you compare a n to a carrot, the carrot is the better of the two nutritional. But once you compare an avocado to the carrot, then an avocado is better. The two the apple and avocado, are fruits.

I've done some stuff simular.
It still has that "top raman" flavor though. It's better than nothing, but tastes cheap.
