The Bible doesn't mention masturbation. Here's a link that has an in depth study of what the Bible says and doesn't say about this subject.

A kristian will be able to answer this better as they have more knowledge of the New testament,i`m guessing if i say Timothy and i dont know which chapter, but i know that i must not cast my seed upon barren ground which means that there is only 1 place for it to go.I dont want to be lewed so you will have to imagine where that right place is!I may be wrong but i think masterbation falls under the category of lust

Masturbation is the by product of Lust. Lust is the sin and masturbation is the act that grows out of it. The sin starts when we look lustfully on someone who is not out wife/husband.
Matthew 5:28, "But I say, anyone who even looks at a woman with lust in his eye has already committed adultery with her in his heart."
Masturbation is just the aftermath of lust. Unless there is a newfound way to masturbate without thinking sexually about someone who is not your wife/husband than one is sinning even before you get your pants off.

For men there is a prohibition about spilling his seed on the ground, but I am not sure about what it says for women.
The semen or sperm that came from the male was imagined to be a fully-formed human being, only miniature in size. The male just planted these tiny humans into the female. Therefore, it was a sin for a male to spill his seed or semen on the ground, because he was killing little human beings (Gen 38:8-10).

i never seen any part of the bible to say anything bout it being wrong to masturbate. don't let some confused wannabe preachers tell you any different. its your body touch all you want. any way its better than having sex and getting pregnant to young. Jesus loves us all.

read the bible and it is wrong to lust after somebody and masterbation is motivated by that kind of lust so in a point of view it is wrong.
