put soap on it because bee stings have acid and soap has alkaline which will neutralise the effect

Only essential part of care for a bee sting is removing a stinger. Do not use tweasers or your fingers, as this will most likely squeeze the venom sac worsening the problem.

Instead, use a credit card or the back side of a knife to scrape the area where the stinger is located.

From here on out, it doesn't much matter what you do. There are commercial OTC creams that can be applied topically to the sting site to releave some of the pain and swelling. There are also numerous homeopathic approaches that may or may not work for you. I personally find a cut piece of onion to work well for me.

IMPORTANT: If you should experience respiratory distress or swelling of the lips, face, neck and throat suffering from an acute allergic reaction to the sting known as anaphylaxis. Seek medical help immediately.

cut an onion and put the onion slice on the bee sting. It works!

make sure the stinger is out. if its not, u can scrape it out with some type of plastic card. put ice on it. go 2 the hospital if u r allergic, if u don't no, watch out 4 symptons.

I use a paste of salt, baking soda, and water, and let that dry on the sting.
