Just curious what people may experience? I'm still trying to figure out whats going on with me.

I have osteo arthritis in the severe degenerative stages, I've had surgery twelve times in the last four years, I have 32 screws in my spine along with twelve cadaver bones plus twelve of my own hip bones in my spine, neck area. I'm on a drug control program now.
This will let you know where your headed if you don't take care of yourself.
My surgeon gave me these to try, they don't work for everyone but, you can ask your doctor if they may work for you. Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulfate. Both of these are over the counter, they can be found in the health food section at Wal Mart for about $8.00 for a three months supply of capsules.
I was told the Glucosamine works to relieve pain. the other to strengthen the cartilage, my doctor is a renowned orthopedic surgeon and he said it does not work for everyone, I'm beyond help so whatever works for me will be better then where I am now?

Actually modern medicine is the alternative that has become mainstream which subverts the real medicine... Hipocrates said let medicine be your food and food your medicine.... That is the true way which they have turned into just an alternative because they can't get rich with it
