Nah, Evian is the devil's water. You should drink Ty-Nant in stead.

As a Spirit filled Christian, I fast and pray regularly but care has to be taken by any individual who wants to fast. All our bodies have reactive and intolerant qualities to certain foods and liquids and we need to know what they are.
For me personally, I go on a diet of fruit and nuts for three days before fasting, which detoxifies my body....I then live on fruit juice, soup and plenty of water for up to five days. During that time I pray and get answers to prayer....although the sceptics on here will try to refute that fact......I also experience a kind of euphoria after two days as my body begins to feel really healthy.
Evian water will not purify your body or your soul but correct fasting will.
Best wishes, Mike.

No. You may clean out your digestive system, in the first week, but there is no benefit after that.
Your soul is another thing altogether. To purify it, do good deeds, control your desires, seek out truth and honesty, and be moderate in your needs, and aim for peace. Water alone is not enough.
