Do any of you believe that United States is God's Favorite country? If I believed in a god I wouldn't.I Don't understand why religious people want to keep God in the pledge of allegiance if he is on everyones side!

God Bless America does not mean " and God, don't bless anyone else." If I said God bless my family or my friends, that doesn't mean I am ignoring everyone else. Yes of course we should want God to bless all of us. But if I say God bless you, that doesn't mean you alone.

When we say "God bless America" we are asking God to bless our country. We are not asking Him to not bless other nations as well.

its just the american thing . one of the only things george bush said that made sence was that
"gods not on americas side but were on his side"
