I don't think that this is mankind's last century, but maybe for America as we know it. We have a strong military but just don't have enough people behind rifles. China is the military that I fear the most, they have weaponry equal to the United States and about four times the amount of troops. I think that the terrorists are waiting for the right person to get in charge so they can strike. Maybe China is too.
America is under attack from many fronts. From illegals south of the border, to oil prices, terrorists, and a society with a give up attitude. Not to mention today's youth, or our perfumed princesses. It might be too late. When you have illegal aliens telling you what to do in your own country, then you don't have a backbone like you did during WWII. People don't care because it doesn't affect them here at home, but that kind of thinking will mean the end. Hopefully we can get a leader that will stand up and fight, build a stronger military, and close the border to the illegals.
I think the same will happen in Europe, because they are having the same problem with the muslim population. Russia you cannot trust, their leader was in the KGB. He lies in our face, just like the rest of the world, and they probably go home and laugh.
All the great civilizations have come to an end. We have only been at it for 300 years. The Chinese have been at it for far longer, B.C.
Hopefully we are ready when the time comes....

Is not that possible because every one knows now the full efects of nuclear weapons and since all the powers which you mentioned have this kind of weapons, noone will start a war only to be destoyed alongside the rest of he mankind. in other words M.A.D. (Mutually Assured Destuction) The only possibility for that kind of war lies with persons like President Bush or the current "President" of Iran who may glady start a nuclear war in accordance with their hidden agenda and to satisfy their handlers

If the people don't wake up to the realities of what's actually going on, then all hope is lost. The future lies in the balance of people being informed and using that knowledge to stand up for their rights as human beings and not someone's slave. Revolution doesn't mean taking arms to fight the enemy, but if the time calls for it, then we must act.

With Bush and Cheney controlling things it is a definite possibility. All you have to do is read the bible and you will feel pretty good the end is near.
