After washing and scrubbing your scalp with a good anti-dandruff shampoo, rinse it until you are sure all the shampoo is out.

Then rub Sea-Breeze into every inch of your scalp - rub it in and massage your scalp with it - don't rinse it out.

(You will find Sea-Breeze in the skin products at WalMart or other stores) It is a clear blue liquid.

Hair flakes do not come from the hair. They come from the scalp. This may be due to the product your using to wash your hair. Over washing could be the problem. You may have a dry scalp. Try using organic shampoo. Petroluem based products are not to be used, at any cost. Scalp stimulation is good to create blood flow to your scalp, which may help with the dryness of your scalp.

Try some anti-dandruff shampoo. Try the new Dove one. It keeps your hair soft and clean for longer while getting rid of the flakes. Take this from my friend's personal experience with this.

You could try a shampoo called Head and Shoulders. what also works is baby oil. You put it in your hair and leave it for about an hour then you can wash it, but it might be a little gross but it works.
Hope it helps.

its perfectly normal.. everyone has dandruff ( we just don't produce the same amount )

as everyone said - use dandruff shampoo

- but with that do not forget to condition your hair and scalp with conditioner.
- dandruff produces when the outer layer of skin on top of your scalp drys, cracks then flakes. by conditioning your hair the scalp will become less dry so it produces less flakes...

hope i helped!

washing ur hair everyday can be bad, it roughs up your scalp constantly, find a great shampoo, conditioner is obsolite for a guy, especially if its not really long. every other day is good for washing it.
