I'm 5'3 and 13...does that mean that I'm not going to get any taller...I haven't grown barely at all in a year. Is there anyway I can speed up my growth. Also, my mom is 5'6 and I heard that you were supposed to be as tall as your mom but all the women on my dad's side only reach 5'4 at the tallest which is wierd because my dad is 5'11.

You have until 18 to grow. Make sure you are getting a diet full of veggies, fruits, and all the nutrients, Especially Calcium. If you don't like regular milk, try chocolate. Plus get plenty of exercise and stay positive. Always remember, We are our worst critics, normally people do not notice the flaws we see in ourselves. Just be confident and always make choices that will make you shine.

I'm 5'2 and my mom is 5'6. I didn't get as tall as my mom. You may be done growing or you may not. If you've started your period, then you probably won't grow much more than an inch. I was done growing at 14.

Im 5 foot and 14, I dont think ill grow much but who cares if your short. I'd hate to be tall coz then ud weight heaps

You have PLENTY of time to grow! Up until probably 16, and yes you might not grow that tall because of your genes, but you will definietly grow some more. Just remember to eat the right foods and be athletic.

You will grow more...im 13 and 5'7 last year i was just 5'3 1/2....trust me you will have more time to grow..so dont worry...

i hate being short too! im 4' 81/2'' and im 13, we'll grow though, thats what i get for being indian, most are short

i am like exactly the same. but my best bud is like 5'7" and she doesn't want to be that tall because she wants all the guys to be taller than her. yet i would die not to... i do not get it
