breast milk is whole and includes other things that are good for a baby. whats funny about it is it really has no taste. at least mine didn't. it was kinda sweet but not much on the flavorful side. i know u are thinking ewww u drank ur own milk? nawww i just tasted it! its coming out of my body why not taste it. well i shouldn't say it like that because i wouldn't drink anything else coming from my body lol but umm its whole milk.

Unless you have a milk processing factory on the end of the nipple, it's whole breastmilk.
