fighting low to the ground. No other striking art teaches you to go so low as Capoeira. I practice Aikido as well and more than once I have found myself in a position whereby using a capoeira evasion (esquiva) I was able to go underneath my opponents sphere of balance. And get at them with a low leg sweep or a low kick(meia lua) to the back. Same goes for all other eastern martial arts. They are taught to rely on their feet only as balance points capoeira also uses the hands which allows you to work much lower than any martial artists. And let's face it if some one relies on their feet it can be very handy if you can get at their legs without too much hassle. Plus the acrobatics that really work the legs like nothing else.

well i wouldnt say its "exclusively" teaches this but i find it as a good supplement; it improves my balance, flexiblity, strength, speed, capoeira is about tricking your opponent so you learn to be cunning and unpredictable
once again i wouldnt say these skills are exclusive to capoeira you can pick it up in any style but for me it helps
