There is no such thing as a tea cup anything.
If any backyard breeder or pet store labels their pets as being 'teacup', its probably the runt of the litter... which means it will probably come with serious health problems.
A lot of breeders will also inbreed their dogs to create such a small animal. They use these genetic defects to get such a tiny dog, which they hope will sell faster. However... they almost ALWAYS come with very complicated, expensive, and life-threatening problems that will shorten their life span to about 7-10 years on average.

Your question is a non sequitur. Those in the Tea Parties ARE normal humans. In some small place in your mind, that nags at you and you successfully ignore, is that knowledge. You, as too many Liberals, must blow things WAY out of proportion to invent an image of Tea Parties and Conservatives you simply want to have. If you have any integrity at all, you'd see that those tacky and yes, in a couple of cases racist, signs seen a some Tea Party rallies, are in the vast minority, but get the Liberal media focus.

People refer to some chihuahuas as "teacups" because they are very small. They are all the same breed, its just a more distinctive way to tell someone they will be smaller at maturity.

whattaHOUND is the only one here who is right! Teacup is simply a label that bad breeders have made up so they can boost the price of the runt of the litter. This 'runt' usually comes with future health issues.
