If your question is referring to how you are supposed to serve the pie, this may help:
Just like when cutting cheese for a cheese plate, you cut the pie in triangles making certain that each piece has the same amount of crust. Each standard pie should yield approx. 8 pieces of pie. Start slicing the pie from the center outward to make each cut and measure carefully.

It depends on the pie. Since I prefer Cherry, I will use that. If the pie is hot, I put Ice Cream on it and eat it that way. If cold, then whipped cream. If it was my ex girlfriend's Key Lime Pie, we all had to eat it out of a cup. That time we used a spoon.

Um... akward question, but you just cut it up with a knife and then if you want to use a fork or spoon you could but I usually just use my hands and stuff it down my mouth.
