I have no religion, but I like stars.
Also, the symbolism of the pentacle as representing the four elements plus the human spirit (in the metaphorical sense) is nice.

I wear a Pentagram of Solomon just the same as a christian wears a crucifis or a Hindu wears an Om. It's a symbol that is sacred to me, but unfortunately misinterpreted by the ignorant.
