im 15 short and weigh 90pounds!! but i want to gai weight as fast as possible!! ITS SWIMSUIT SEASON i need a solution asap!!i also think that being so small at my age makes me very un-self confident becuz i go 2 a fashion school and every one looks like model!! and although models are known to be skinny , teen models usally have some meat on them...unlike me so can u help me??

eat a bunch of carbs.... potatoes, noodles, bread, ect.!

Try to lift weights: it will give you curves without making you fat. You want to use weights that you can lift for 8-12 times before you tire out. Because dancers often have weak upper bodies, try doing chest presses and flys. This will give you some curves and you'll look good and feel more confident. Also, try adding more protein to your diet to feed your muscles.
