i asked a question about 5 min ago and most people told me to make the first move since the guy i like is prob shy.

It really depends on what you want to do, I would just reach out and grab his hand. Start with that. Then yank him over to you and kiss him. It is pretty simple. Or you can wrestle. This is always a good way to get someone to kiss you! Both work, it just depends on your personality

For a guy, a girl that's not waiting for us to make the move is great, probably not as agressive as a man should be when he tells you stuff like "i like you, would you go on a date with me?" but sure! you can be a little more closer or find a way to demonstrate that guy that your answer will be yes if he asks, In my personal opinion i hate the part of knowing if the girl wants you or not because its full of clues you have to answer and stuff like that, For me being clear works perfectly and i expect the same from girls.

Suggest that you pack a picnic lunch at the park and hit a free concert that you are both interested in. It will be date that you suggest and you are making the first move. You will be feeding him and it is low cost. Walk in the park gives you a great time to talk and get to know more about what each of you want out of life, love and romance. . .

Just arrange for the two of you to share the back seat of a friends car and while driving along all casual, when he is just sitting there unsuspecting, throw yourself on him and start making out with him. If he likes you and is thinking about you, then you will blow his mind. He'll love you for it, if he has half a brain.

I have always been really shy. The only way that any girls has ever gotten me to come out of my shell is when she started flirting with me and making her feelings obvious. She eventually asked me if I wanted to go out.

If the guy is shy, first you have to make friend with him, share his interests, make him comfortable with you. This will make him open up, and sooner than you know it, he will be confident enough to tell his feelings.
