I'm afraid you're in the wrong category. Also? The only one who can answer those questions is you. Why do you think this company is the best place for you to work? Since they need to hire you for a better reason than "because you need the paycheck," then what can you bring to the table? Think about it. Make a list for yourself. Ask friends who actually know you. And good luck.

You have to figure that out for yourself. Research the company and position. Why would you be better than other applicants for the position you are filling. Does the job take meticulous care to perform each step correctly? Explain how meticulous you are. Does the job take creativity? Explain why you think you are a creative person.
If you don't know what the position does, check with someone who works at the company and get their opinions on the position. This will help you make the decision on what to say to this question.

I would go on the internet and research the company you are interviewing with. Find out what they do, what their goals are, where the company is headed. Then think about your skills and experience and how they would fit with this particular company and why you would be a good person for them to hire.
For instance, if you find out that this company is planning to design new software, answer the question with everything about yourself that is creative, all your experience with computers, classes you've taken that pertain to the type of software they're working on, etc.
The other type of answer would be what your character traits are that would make you a good employee. For instance, you might say "I'm honest, very punctual, hard-working and a fast learner. I am dedicated to being excellent in my job and being a good team member for the company."

Think about it, sleep on it and just be as honest as possible. They will recognise a**kissing...just be yourself, and if that's not enough, then it's their loss and find another job.
I filled out an application eons ago at Wal-Mart...and I got the runaround from some of the ladies that worked there. They lied to me about the orientation and whatnot. I was a little ticked and gave them mental not nice gestures.
A few weeks later, I got a job at the mall as an assistant Manager, and was later promoted to Manager at a larger, bigger mall and store. I also was paid more than I would have at Wal-mart, and the working conditions were oh, so much better.
So...things will happen for you the way they are supposed to, and you will find the right job for you.
Good luck.

What you can do for the company would be according to what company you are wanting to get in with I suppose. Only you know what you have to offer. Just be very truthful with them about yourself. Good Luck and I hope you get the job.

I have the experience, skills, drive and enthusiasm to make this company a success. What can your company offer me that others can't should I come here?

It's best to answer it as honestly as possible, but here are some examples that are pretty safe bets.
"I am a dedicated worker and I'm passionate about what I do. I am highly motivated and perform my tasks as close to perfection as possible."
That shows the employer that you're serious, but this answer may be too general, so try to personalize it with some examples from your own life. Good luck!

Just go for what they want to hear. "I can bring a great attitude and work ethic. I think working for this company would be a great opportunity and I would give my all/do my best for it." Tailor it to what type of job your doing and go into detail, but basically that's what they want to hear. Good luck!

well, you don't know?
If I was hiring you I would say, "Although we have reviewed your qualifications, we are currently seeking an applicant with more of a sense of what the job entails." If you really don't know what to say, are you just shy or scared, or maybe you aren't a critical thinker. Maybe it's not the job for you, I mean, if this is a porta potty cleaner job, you could just say, "I will add a 20 hour old meal to it." ...........................
