While the republicans will probably lose in Nov. of 2008, its clear and certain that an immediate withdrawal of troops from Iraq is nearly impossible. Unless the Iraqi government is ready to go back to being self-governing and self-sufficient, it would destabilize the country and leave it open for a takeover by other extremist groups.
A slow systematic removal of troops over a period of several months for force the Iraqis to start fending for themselves. The US Can supply munitions to keep their war going for years, but we don't have to supply our soldiers to go with them
Now, She fully understands the real threat of terrorism, as do many Americans. But I think she would be more willing to send troops to fight where the terrorist are, rather than putting them in one country and letting terrorism go unchecked everywhere else.
It doesn't have to be Clinton to be the one who does it... anyone who gets elected can do it...

Whoever becomes President in 2008 will not pull out the troops. While they may use it on the campaign trail, it's an empty promise because it's what they believe Americans want to hear.
And politicians on the campaign trail always say what they perceive Americans want to hear.
In reality, they know pulling our soldiers out of Iraq would be a massive political disaster, both at home and aboard.
It would show the world that America doesn't have the conviction to finish what it starts.
It would show Americans that the President is more interested in what slanted polls say than what the Americans themselves say.
It would show the members of the Armed Forces who deployed over there at the President could care less about the Americans who fought and died there...since pulling out with the job unfinished just made the ultimate sacrifice made by those who died in the line of duty irrelevant.
No.
They may say they will pull out of Iraq. But the most any of us would see is a scaling back of troops in Iraq - but not a complete withdrawl.
At least not until the job is done.

Hillary may be using the war in Iraq as a major political issue for her presidential camping but the future of of our troops is uncertain. In my personal opinion i think that she wants to but may face many difficulties. If your undecided on your choice for our next president i would not suggest Hillary Clinton because the country is so divide Republican vs. Democrats and it shouldn't be that way we are all Americans. We need a president that can unite the country not separate.

First of all what do you mean will Hillary? Who even says they are going to vote her in? I won't why you ask? One main reason She is a woman. I wouldnt want to see one running our country. Sorry if thats a statement you woman out there don't want to hear but its just the way I feel. However on another note I would hope that the next president does pull our troops out of Iraq.

I agree that the majority of Republicans are going down in defeat......but there is one libertarian running as a Republican and I belive that the more people here his freedom message, the more people will vote for him. He is the only one that will immedietly pull the troops out of iraq. Listen to the freedom message, and join the revolution!
Ron Paul 2008!

Nationalizing the vehicle marketplace and the super areas of the banking marketplace have been particularly undesirable. Giving securities backed possession to the vehicle unions exchange into adverse. The stimulus invoice to pay back all the human beings that helped to get him elected has harmed the financial device by punishing us with greater debt as quickly as we are in a position to least have the money for it. i will pass on yet my hands are already drained.

It's hard to say. If the republicans lose, which they have really good chances of losing, I'm sure a democrat will pull them out slowly. If it's to abrupt all of Iraq will go crazy.

For you and all the other Sheeple in the world who think that one candidate is so much better than the other...
It does not matter which party or candidate wins the next election. We will still be there. Remember, we are still in Bosnia, Korea, Germany...
And as far as your republican comment...The democrats are so splintered, they won't be able to field a qualified candidate.

Although this sounds like left wing rhetoric, and not a question, I will respond anyhow.
I will not vote for a candidate that mandates a military surrender date;
I will not vote for a candidate who has already fallen under judicial investigation for unethical business dealings (Whitewater);
I will not vote for a person that has no loyalty to the citizens of their state (Arkansas), and obviously no loyalty to the citizens of the state she carpet bagged to (New York);
and I will not vote for a candidate that can't stand up for what's right with a philandering spouse, how in the world could I expect them to stand up to world leaders and act in the interest of our great nation.
Will I vote for a Democrat?, I don't know yet, but I won't vote for Hillary Rodham Clinton!
