To get your learners permit, you have to sign up for behind the wheel training, at that place they should give you a piece of paper that shows you signed up. then you can get the learners permit. to get the license, ( if under 18) you have to complete 6 hours of training.

The best thing you could do is check your state's Department of Motor Vehicle website for their requirements on obtaining a learner's permit. It should tell you what documents you need (ie. birth certificate) to get it and whether there is a test involved.
