I imagine what you really want is to look trim and healthy, not loose some # of pounds. (Unless you are into boxing and trying to make weight :) )
Many "loose weight fast" plans and pills just have you loosing water weight, which doesn't make you look trim and healthy. The only way to really loose weight are known to everybody (and hated by most)
Diet, lower the amount of calories to a health amount. (Don't starve yourself or your body will go into starvation mode and turn everything you do eat into fat.)
Exercise
But, alas, neither are really fast.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! Eat less, exercise more. Avoid sugar and breads and pastries, and soda. Eat live food (Fruits and vegetables) (which are more nutritious and low in calories). Walk, run exercise, dance. Drink plenty of water. Sweat is healthy and good for you! Get that glow and keep active.

well, it helps not to eat 2 hours before you go to bed. if you are hungry, your body will use up fat.
