I Had a wet dream last night and I sort of felt it happend While I dont know i odnt even know if i was awake or asleep I felt a bit of it not like when it started i felt the last part and i was back sleeping i dont know what time it was or nothing but i felt it and now i feel guilty.
I am catholic so please no joking i need a serious answer anything like.
"Masturbate dont worry","Catholics these days"etc will be taken as abuse.

As stated above nocturnal emissions are a natural body function and no sin is involved.
You are not alone in your worry. Even Saint Augustine also worried about the nocturnal emissions he experienced.

The flesh betrays us all the time. The will has to be engaged for it to be sin. Don't worry about it. The sexual nature of man is a good thing so we just try to get it under control. Mention it at confession if you feel you should but trust in Jesus and know he has been tempted with everything. These things we give to him on the cross. He knows everything. Peace.

He you have nothing to be guilty about this type of thing happens to all guys regardless of religion it might happen once it might happen more than once its completely normal. Your probably in your teens as you grow things like this will stop happening it's all part of puberty and growing up.

you had no control over it. for it to be a sin one must consent to the action,you did not consent. just let it go you did nothing wrong and have nothing to worry about. god bless.

They are an involuntary physiological response.
