Perhaps the cop felt guilty when he saw you get into a car. Chances are he assumed that if you had a few drinks you would do the right thing and get a ride home or walk.
Stop trying to blame your arrest on a cop. The fact is you knew you were drinking when you walked into a bar and didn't make arrangements to get home. You knew you had 6 drinks at a bar. You should have known not to drive home.
Next time you go drinking at a bar (whether or not an off duty cop is there) don't drive home!!!

You said he pulled you over 14 minutes after you left. How long was it after he left. Were you at the bar for 6 hours? 8 hours? He may have went home and then went to work for his shift. Doesnt seem like you are telling all the facts here. Need more info to try and help you.

If in fact this did happen, then No. On the other hand, if you had that many drinks, it could have been other cop, and you thought is was your Bar Room Buddie who got you drunk.

All, i will relate to you is that "tough love" replaced into as quickly as the single medical care that helped me. AA has many ideas that artwork regardless of the indisputable fact that did no longer come across it helpful. between the climate i've got faith many undertaking drinkers overlook approximately or use is the "its terrific beer" secure practices. Beer is nearly seductive in which you ease into intoxication. in the journey that your sister stops, will she be happier? do no longer fairly know. the terrific payout for me is that i does not have hangovers anymore. If I awaken interior the morning with a chilly I regardless of the indisputable fact that 50 situations greater effective than with a hangover. could no longer desire that on my worst enemy. I guess my vast ingredient isn't feeling ill is the present. you have preclude bars. it truly is factor of the cost of scuffling with. yet, some "type" therapist is almost the worst medical care on the menu. Your sister ought to pay interest which you and anybody else has the undertaking! top now, she has to check out to give up for 2 weeks to have faith how nicely sobriety feels. stable stable fortune and your loved ones isn't incorrect in being in touch. wish she does no longer gain a ingredient wherein all know and love is lost from her complete greater substantial different and childrens.

Nice try! Let's see, he changed from civvies to uniform, hopped in his patrol car and set a trap for you in 14 minutes?
First, take off the aluminum foil hat, it looks silly! (I hear armidillo skin works better!)
Second, you drink, you drive ... YOU PAY!
Third, next time ... please come up with a more plausible lie!
MYTH BUSTED! Everyone is not out to get you, just those people who really know you are!

You drive drunk, you pay the consequences.
That's much better than the usual conclusion - when some other innocent driver or pedestrian pays the consequences for your actions.
