I can still move my arm but it's not really good.

Frankly, if you can still move it, it's probably not totally dislocated.

But the shoulder is kinda tricky, you can screw up all manner of ligiments and stuff that keeps your arm attached. Rotator cuff injury is a classic, and hurts a lot.

Get a doc to look at it, it won't be any worse than what you've got now, and you might avoid some additional pain later by being a little cautious now.

Go to the doc and get that fixed. When you come home, begin a regimen of gelatin tabs, two in the morning, two in the afternoon and two in the evening. It'll speed up the healing process.

How do you know it's dislocated? if it hurts this bad and you think it's serious, go to a ER and have them take an X-Ray, get it fixed.
