well, it's pretty clear here that you are generalizing a very large group of people, which is wrong. I hope that you would know that's not true that all Christians involve themselves in pre martial sex. You're asking about a stereotype that is severely flawed. Of course some Christians do practice pre martial sex and whatnot, but it's totally wrong to clump them into a group. Yet to further answer your question, "why do you say its, right when its not" well I suppose that you're going off of what some other Christians have said about it, but the very thing you are talking about, is clearly that person/people trying to justify their sins and thus, being self-righteous about their sinful ways. Christians and humanity as a whole have been falling short of God's standards for an extremely long time. Anything sinful is indeed wrong, regardless what someone may try to say to justify it.

Because we are hypocrites. I for one have taken a vow of celibacy until marriage. It says in the Bible not to have premarital sex then I'm not going to do it. Of course it also says not to lie and I do that anyway. I hate that Christians are representing the Christian way of life so heinously. My gosh if only people would be who they say they are. The Bible can be interpreted in so many ways and many Christians have a habit of shaping and molding it into their own personal religion that caters to their own lives. Often we read the Jesus loves you passages without reading the ones that tell us what is wrong. I hate saying this because I'm guilty of it to, I screw up! But I want to be a good Christian and there are somethings that are just a little too obvious for me to be ignorant about.
Bad morals do not make some one pagan. Pagans can have better morals than Christians. A friend of mine who claims to be Buddhist exhibits more Christ like behavior than most Christians I know

Mmm.... hypocrisy.... at the end of Moliere's Don Juan, the Don finally realizes how he can end all his troubles, elude the men that are pursuing him, and continue on his quest of unending marriages; the answer was simple, to end his disbelief in Heaven and God, and to become a Christian hypocrite, for as a Christian he would have many more allies than an atheist would in his day. In today's world, it is often the same case; a mass of Christian hypocrites, doing one thing and saying another. Personally, I believe that premarital sex isn't wrong, just "unfufilling".

If your saying all Christians practice premarital sex and say it's ok then your making a blanket statement which is inherently false. Many, many Christians do not practice premarital sex. They are actually ridiculed by others who think staying a virgin until marriage is something to be ridiculed. There are others who did not become Christians until later in life. Their life experiences before they were Christians often give them good grounds to advise against premarital sex.

"You" is a very general and unspecific term meant to address a group of thousands of people. Some people who believe in Jesus and God do not follow the teachings of the Bible. (These Christians also swear, drink excessivly, judge others, etc.) But not all Christians practice premarital sex, as I am sure not all Muslims are terrorists.

Sex in a marriage is honorable but not outside the marriage. And I don't do it outside of marriage for that would be wrong. Not everyone has sex before marriage.Isn't that making a judgement without all the facts?

I never practiced pre marital sex.
I agree sex outside marriage is not what God wants.

nicely, for one factor, the Church does not have faith that there became any intercourse in contact. portion of it truly is the perception that intercourse is evil (and to that end something God could no longer do). portion of it is likewise the very incontrovertible fact that on the time the Bible became written, the observe for 'virgin' meant 'organic', somewhat than 'in no way had intercourse'. to that end, whether Mary became no longer a virgin in the popular sense of the observe, she could have been in the classic sense of it by using her extreme distinctive function.

I agree with you, It is wrong, and I waited until I was married to have sex, and so did my hubby. Let the world laugh, but we are happy together, and neither one of us ever has to be jealous of anyone else.
