Here is what I do before going to bed, wihtout the honey......
Dont go out and buy anything expensive.
First: Purchase a mild Shampoo (To Clarify hair, I will explain why)
Second: TRIM your hair ends (May 1 1/2 to 2 inches)
Third: Here's the magic part: Mix olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and a "little" honey, (honey u will have to heat so it can blend). Either leave on ALL day or all night (if all nite, DONT use honey)
Use a teaspoon of every oil and honey,.... a little more if ur hair is long or a little less if ur hair is short
Repeat this 3-4 times a week, your hair will grow like a weed, fortify, reconstruct, moisturize, soften & remove all frizz I promise,..... and it will be super shiny!!!!
The clairifying shampoo will help take the oil off your hair when u shower
You can also use a conditioner but get a light conditioner that wont wiegh ur hair down, becuz u can over condition, I use herbl essences "clean happy" conditioner.
When I do this at nite, I wake up, shampoo & condition, rinse and style as usual. Has worked for years
You can find olive oil anywere, but the other oils you will have to buy at a local organics store, wholes foods or BJ's health corner.

Dont use pantene, its crap. It has wax in it that will dry your hair out. Suave has the same thing. I would use catwalk or bed head. Its a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for. Believe me!
Use a deep conditioner with protein in it. Not too often, becuase too much protein will cause your hair to snap off. Use it every other time you wash your hair.
Hot oil treatments are good too :-)

Pantene many times will actually dry your hair out it is just about as bad as herbal essence. I was a user of both and tried professional products and have had healthy hair ever since. You pay more but it is worth it. You can scoot around the high priced professional products by going to sally's and getting the generic professional products. Trust me it is a big difference.

If I have been you I might defenitly use panteen shampoo and conditioner. Everyone consistently asks me what I use an if i straightened my hair dt morning ( while i didnt) It's mighty. Also whilst you pass to a get together or somewhere distinct and also you desire to clean your hair I might blow-dry it with I very significant circular brush. Then should you desire to straighten it I might use a comb that you'll be able to purchase at salons that you simply comb your hair and even as striaghten it. It's works! But do not forget defense spray earlier than you straighten your hair. I desire my recommendation is helping you.

first of all try using conditioner when u shampoo if u dont already. also try washing your hair every other day if you can and when you do this use cold water because it adds shine while hot water sucks the moisture. also sunsilk has moisturizing hair creams you could try. im not sure which colour you would be so next time your at the store check. i hope this helpsd. :)
