NO. A lot of human drugs are poisonous to dogs. A person's multi-vitamin alone can kill a dog. Don't give your dog anything unless a vet has prescribed it to you.

If they are trained with that certain drug. Some drugs are for specific drugs and others are more eclectic abilities (usually the star K-9 performers). Depending on where the drug sniffing/searching is a certain dog will be used. A high school sniffing dog will most likely not track Vicodin.

I wouldn't give it to the dog. If it's in some kind of pain like my retriever I give her just one adult excedrine. They also make dog asprin but my retriever gets sick on them. With the excedrine she feels better the next day and her hips don't bother her as bad. I can tell a differance in her after it works. I take a hot dog make 2 pieces put the excedrine in one give it to your dog first with the dog able to see the second piece. It will usually eat the first one fast and not notice the pill so it can eat the second one.

No! Why would you want to give a dog vicodin? Some humans cannot handle vicodin. Are you nuts or stupid?

If it's an accidental dose: What dose was your animal exposed to; and how much does your animal weigh.

No, it's not designed for animal use but I've seen strange things with accidental animal exposure to human meds. They don't always necessarily die either.
The animal could exhibit signs of over-medication for two or three days. With fluids and food; that should push it through.

Dogs are often given drugs that we take, but make sure the VET makes that decision.

And as far as Excedrin, I wouldn't do that because Excedrin has caffeine (and acedominaphin - and asprin) in it... That's why it's so good for our headaches.

You should talk to a Vet before you give your dog human meds.

If you want to kill your dog, sure. But I wouldn't recommend it. Most human drugs are made for just that: humans. Unless it's vet recommended I wouldn't give them anything.

Get real! I am not sure if your question is serious or you are just being a smarty pants but a dog could die from something like that.

Not a good idea. The narcotic isn't the problem here,it's the Tylenol that's in it.It can be very toxic to dogs.I would just give enteric - coated aspirin.
