i want to start using weight gainer since eating a lot and groceries can be expensive and stuff like that. what do u recommend i use? i have a local GNC nearby and the Vitamine Shoppe also nearby. thx

if finances are an issue, "Muscle Blast" is good; with 2% milk the calories end up to 1980 calories. But nothing beats GNC weight gainer with, if I'm not mistaken, more than 2000 calories with milk but it is a little more expensive, but its worth it! (-:
