No it only moisturizes the skin! You can check the source on getting a nice glow on skin!

I do that. I read about it in seventeen mag. I makes my skin very soft.
You have to put in on your whole face and leave it on for 10 min. then i get in the shower and rinse it off.

If you want your face to glow, i suggest glow in the dark face paint or radioactive waste. I reckon all it will do to your face is make it sticky and a delicious snack for bears.
