I've been there, I got my family out, then I got my pets out. I didn't go back for anything else. My cell was in my pocket when I got the family out. There is nothing more important than your family. Everything can be replaced. You cannot replace your family. There isn't a single material thing in my house that I would risk my life for.

I would try and save my external hard drive.
I really would not risk my life for anything in my home, but if I had to pick, I would pick that.
