Go ahead and take her. It may be blocking off blood vessels inside and causing some serious damage or infection could be occuring.
Or it could be something as simple as popping it back into place. Whatever it is, only a vet can fix it. I'm sure it won't cost too much if it is something minor.

If she dislocated or broke her tail at the tail head, then usually it has to be amputated to keep her from pooping on it. It will just hang down and she won't be able to get it out of the way. Maybe she just strained or sprained it...the vet can xray it and let you know.

Check the bottom of her paw and look for any red areas or cuts. It's Christmas and you've probably got decorations up - she may have stepped on something like a broken ornament or even a sharp pine needle. If she lets you touch her paw and her leg and she's putting weight on the leg then delaying the vet visit until Wednesday should be fine.

Yes, take her to the doctor right away! Hopefully your vet and you can work out some kind of plan, but if you dont get it fixed it could affect her entire body.

does she seem in pain? it sounds like she may have dislocated her tailbone...there is really nothing the vet can really do its probably going to heal funny but as long as she isnt in pain I would just keep my eye on her...if you have to take her to the vet find someone you can borrow the money from

If you can't afford a vet, contact a local volunteer no-kill animal shelter. They can usually help you find vets who will treat your animal cheaply.
