I was told all fast food places (except Arby's) hire 15 and even 14 year olds, AT THE OWNER'S DISCRETION. Safeway and many other grocery stores also hire as young as 14.
I say consider your skills...are you good at a sport? Then teach private lessons...
You can also babysit but it's better to get out there and get real-life experience, how to deal with customers, etc....very valuable info to take with you. Good luck with your search.
