Stay healthy! It sound simple, but few people actually do what they need to do to accomplish that. And one of the results of doing that turns out to be a natural glow, without makeup.
Here is what you need to do:
Drink enough water, daily. That's done by dividing your weight by 2, then drinking that many ounces of water a day.
Eat healthy food -no soda, no fast food, low fat (o trans fat,), 4 to 7 servings a day of vegetables, 2 to 4 servings of fruit a day.
Get enough exercise for your age and health category -see your doctor to determine that.

wear sun block when you go out and only stay in the sun 10-15 min or so, take vitamin C & D if you dont usually go out in the sun, use co-co butter, and drinks lots of water every single day..
when you wake up in the morning splash cold water on your face, and smile!

Take a daily dose of vitamin C (It's the vitamin you also get from fruits) and D (It's the vitamin you also get from the sun), also along with moisturizers will bring back that natural glow to your face! :)

Just eat foods that are good for your skin. Things like a wide range of fruits and veggies. Also variety of nuts. Try to minimise junk food. Wear a hat and sunscreen when outdoors too to prevent uneven skin tone and sunburn.
