Normally, like for Islam where they still believe in the utter truth of every word of their holy books (with very rare exceptions), and the books have many instances and encouragements toward bigotry, racial and religious.
Judaism is half-way between. Yet it too has many recognized Jews who do not believe in the utter infallability of the Torah.
Christianity has come the farthest, with literalists being only a small portion of their religion, most having left such things aside. I still see posts of ignorant, ill-read people who list Bible passages to point out the flaws of Christianity as if there are any Christians who still follow those passes or don't see them as appropriate to the time and place they were written for, as if the poster isn't aware of several centuries of Christianity's growth and emancipation from a literalist view.
I hope you haven't missed the last few centuries in the same way? Might mean that your post is more about you than the Christians!
You ask some interesting questions. I'd hate to think you know so little about Christianity!

In the Chistian faith,it is expected that we validate all people,as objects of God's love..I personally respect all who visit this forum, for instance, however I defend and share the Gospel, with which I have been instrusted and do not necessarily endorse the beliefs that are often shared here.
As a Christian,I would be held in account,if I were to engage in backbitting, gossip or mean spirited attacks on personages, including but not limited to vicious e-mails,that are not seen openly, for all to be wittness to.
I am usually a very silly boy and enjoy cutting up,as well as sharing and Defending my faith...no appologies...I will step on a few toes..it is inevitalble...but would welcome rebuke,if I were to err in my presentations by involving myself in personal attacks against personages.
EDIT: I knew a man in the Lord,by the name of Richard Wurmbrand, who found God's grace to pray for his tormentors, even during the long hours of the unspeakable tortures that endured for a period of 14 years...This forum should be a piece of cake, for all who claim the name of Jesus Christ.

You can chose to live however you want. That doesn't make it right. You may want to believe that you aren't under any kind of law, or that you can do whatever you want and there are no consequences.
The painful truth is not everything is allowed. A lot of people don't like this. They want to do whatever they like - and demand approval from everyone for their actions. It is not based on ignorance, but a higher understanding of what life is and of deep communion with G-d.
Many people see the Torah at face value and cry about how it is violent and this and that. There are many levels of the Torah that are now lost to them, because they chose to see only what is in black and white.
As I said, you can do whatever you want and believe whatever you like. But don't demand that everyone follow your lead or give you approval. I don't need to give you approval for your life - it's not as though you would give me approval. And I don't need it.

Since religion is one of the biggest causes for hatred and bigotry, I would say if your religion is promoting that, then maybe it's time to question it.

My religion doesn't say bad things about people. Some people who claim to follow my religion say bad things about people who don't feel the same. Not the same thing.

I kind of agree There are actually quite a few religions that teach about everyone having their own path, its just the powerhouses that tend to dam everything else.

The apostles were set free from death one time because they spoke the truth about God, without bashing any other form of religion. Maybe we should folow there example

I don't think my religion says bad things about people who don't feel the same, but we are the only one's who have the fullness of the gospel.
