You are 20 years old and you haven't died so give it a rest will ya? Do you take meds? Xanax, Klonopin, Ativan, Seroquel, hypnotics, or anything else to calm you down?
If you don't, you might better ask a doctor for an RX.

Sometimes docs don't realize that breathing problems and pain can be caused by mold.

There are molds in homes and buildings that, over time, can cause a person to have many symptoms can not be diagnosed. Please read about mold and see if it helps.

I had many terrible things wrong, and I know I have mold allergies. I was in the ER with terrible headaches, shortness of breath, coughing, liquid in the lungs, dizzyness, vertigo, muscle aches, intestinal pain, diarrhea, migraines, and vomiting...for no reason...over the course of a year. Prior to that, I was very healthy. All tests (including MRI/CAT, bloodwork) showed all body functions normal. When I removed myself from the moldy environment at my job, I soon got well.

I have been fine ever since.

This is ralph's wife speaking. How bad is your asthma? Do you use unhalers or any medications?since you smoke, please, please try to quit.Asthma is when the bronchia constrict, narrowing the airways to the lungs. When you smoke, you are only making it harder on the bronchia,by giving them less oxygen for the lungs.Allergies can trigger your asthma.Since you've been to all these medical professionals,my guess is that the aching in your back and neck may be due to the strain of trying to get air into your lungs. If you have a sudden asthma attack, and don't have any medicine. Here's a little tip.Make yourself some hot coffee,it helps, trust me.

You are having anxiety attacks, panic attacks. The more you think about possibly dying the more your symptoms will appear.

Once you believe in the diagnosis that you are OK, you will feel better. Your brain is very powerful and conjures up a lot of nonsense if you let it. As a sufferer of these attacks, you have to know that you need to get back the control in your mind. Start exercising and giving your stress and anxiety a way out.

And of course you don't need me to tell you to dump the cigarettes.

Sounds like panic/anxiety attacks to me, and I have had a lot of them. Out of phase sleeping is another consequence of depression or anxiety.

I suggest you find a licensed clinical social worker or licensed clinical psychologist to talk to about the root causes of your problems. Visit a psychiatrist to get the medicine that will ease (or even eliminate) your symptoms.

Yeah you need to be on anti anxiety meds. You are beyond freaking out but it can be helped with medication. Everyone is going to die but you still need to live! You should quit smoking especially since you suffer from allergies...

we are all of us dieing, and it is unavoidable. But not one of us knows exactly when...that means we have today, for sure, and not one minute more. You've had all physical possibilities medically ruled out...that leaves mental kiddo, and yup, you are mental. Do yourself a favor, see a psychiatrist and get treated. You will be much happier and so will everyone around you.
