My step up/down ring is stuck on my camera How do I get it off my video camea?!?

I put a step up/down ring on my video camera a while ago so i could attach a fisheye to it. It will not come off my camera no matter how hard I try to unscrew it. How do I get it off?

Try taking it to a full service camera shop. they have "wrenches" made for this purpose. However there may be damage to either the adaptor or the lens threads that possibly is not repairable.
