Yes both the writers of the new and old testaments were written by Jews. The old testament was only for Jews, until Jesus died. Now the Bible is for everyone. Jesus was first for the Jew, then for the Gentile. So now it is for all of us.

No. The Bible, as we now accept it, is a combination of both the Jewish Torah, and the writings of the Disciples who knew Jesus as well as one who was out to kill all Christians, before Jesus stopped him, literally, dead in his tracks.
