No it makes no sense at all. But I guarantee it won't be long before it becomes a law there too. Most states are enforcing helmet laws now.

Seatbelts save lives. A helmet is not going to stop you from a serious head trauma. Especially going so fast, it WILL break

Same thing in South Carolina.
I always wear my seat belt but I don't wear a helmet when I ride my Chopper.

wow that's kinda messed up. Goverment sure is doing their job there, and their doing it fantastically, might I add!!!

oh and might I add that in Every single gasstop you go to, they sell "discounted" cigaretes, yet it is a no smoking one?
